- Monitoring research activities and ensuring outputs are headed in the right direction
- Maintaining close interaction with product/business teams and identifying key business issues where consumer insights can be a solution

- Developing a deep understanding of Home Credit’s business activities and using this understanding to present consumer insights to the leadership team

- 8-10 years of experience in research and consumer insights, with experience leading all kinds of research including quantitative (segmentation/ conjoint), qualitative (IDIs, FGDs), user research for digital platforms/apps, and secondary research projects
