At Tata Tele Business Services, we’re looking for a Head ICS CAM and SA to lead our Sales & Pre-sales team for ICS business at the national level. You will be responsible for setting and achieving the Revenue and Sales AOP for the ICS & Managed Services Vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive ICS business growth in identified accounts.
- Develop relationships with CxO level people in focused accounts.
- Understand customer needs and offer them solutions.
- Consult and develop a cloud adoption roadmap for customers.
- Collaborate with the existing sales team to support them with ICS sales.
- Work with OEM sales and architects wherever required to win the business.
- Make the team self-sufficient to pitch the solution and win the deal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Business Head handling the Sales & Pre-sales team for ICS business at the national level.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
