Are you passionate about cybersecurity and government security regulations? Dell Technologies is seeking a Government Industrial Security Advisor to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team in the United States. As a Government Industrial Security Advisor, you will provide analysis and support for DoD and Sensitive Compartmented Information Program contracts, record and analyze information related to business opportunity lifecycle, derive and analyze relevant success metrics from data captured in security technology toolsets, and assess government security requirements/regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and support for DoD and Sensitive Compartmented Information Program contracts
- Record and analyze information related to the business opportunity lifecycle
- Derive and analyze relevant success metrics from data captured in security technology toolsets
- Assess government security requirements/regulations and contribute to security policies, standards, and other governance activities to ensure compliance with government security regulations
- Participate in the evaluation of implemented security controls to ensure continued compliance
- Familiarize yourself with classification guides associated with DoD information
- Contribute to projects consistent with Dell Government Security strategic plans
Requirements: Essential Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in security for classified government programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to develop and render concise reports, summaries, and formal presentations.
- In-depth knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, Executive Orders, and DoD Directives. Knowledge of secure supply chain principles, CMMC, and NIST 800-171 is a plus
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to get a Top-Secret clearance is required; existing clearance and/or the ability to get SCI access is preferred
- Must be able to work in the McLean office as needed.
