Through a proprietary database and methodology, the CX Lab provides reports and insights on consumer behavior that help our clients make informed decisions and improve their customer experience.
you will have the chance to develop and implement all aspects of customer experience research, including partnering with key stakeholders to frame problems, appropriately scope out and design the research outputs, analyze results, and present findings.
Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Global Research Specialist
- Support all aspects of research, including partnering with key stakeholders to frame problems, scope, and design research outputs, analyze results, and present findings
- Participate in the training and development of internal and external team members.
- Drive research innovation and remain updated with new trends across the industry
- Support the development of proposals.
- Translate data into actionable business insights that drive business outcomes
- Create presentations and visual outputs
- Validate outputs created
- Support creation of analysis and materials to be presented to companies
Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position
- Higher Education Degree (Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, Social Sciences, Business, etc.)
- Understanding of data analysis involving respondent-level survey data
- Proficiency in MS Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Visualization Tools (SAS, SPSS, R, Power BI, etc.)
- Minimum 3-year experience conducting custom research and insights projects in either client or agency
- Knowledge of Statistics
- Fluency in English both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
