Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Digital Transformation Analyst
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and implementing solutions.
- Lead and manage the implementation of new solutions end-to-end, maintaining communication throughout the course of the project to meet customer expectations.
- Translate business requirements into a robust, scalable design and drive proper change control through the life cycle of the project
- Ensure a smooth transition to operations post-go-live and ramp-up
- Provide day-to-day direction to cross-functional implementation pods/support teams
- Sign-off on and test Product Release Notes
- Create functional requirements in Use cases
- Understand client process and create a process flow for automation solution building
- Creating detailed Project Road maps, Plans, Schedules, Support Structures & Work break-down structures
- Work closely with project managers to identify potential issues and risks
Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position
- Ability to develop relationships with clients and key personnel

- Demonstrated ability to plan and complete work within tight time limitations
- Ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques and tools

- Ability to understand technical documents and Analysis Reports
