Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Agency and Tenant Representation teams to gather proposals from flexible operators based on client conversations and identification of needs
• Maintain close relationships with flexible operators to keep updated information on their spaces and identify their priorities in the short and medium term regarding the opening of new locations
• Work closely with property owners and investors to identify and generate interest in incorporating flexible space into their assets or advise them through consultancy projects on the best solutions for their flexible strategy
• Work closely with tenants who have potential surplus space in their offices to identify or propose the incorporation of flexible space in that area
• Identify interesting assets for the expansion of flexible operators and act as an intermediary between property owners and tenants
• Participate actively in flexible consulting projects for property owners and tenants
• Ensure updated information on flexible operators is maintained on our platforms
• Prepare reports on physical and virtual visits, proposals sent, and operations closed with each flexible operator
• Manage occasional demands for flexible spaces in coordination with the Agency and T Rep teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate consulting, leasing, or commercialization
• Knowledge of the flexible office market and its dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
