Responsibilities: As a Java Developer at FIS, you will:
- Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and/or new products.
- Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
- Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- Train and communicate with internal Client Training, Client Relationship, and Sales teams on systems application.
- Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 3 to 6 years of Expertise in Java, JSP, Tomcat, VXML, and JavaScript.
- Good experience in Spring Boot and Microservices and IVR.
- In-depth working knowledge of Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech applications.
- Strong background with NICE CXone implementations, including CRM integrations with external platforms.
- Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Skilled in testing and debugging of the IVR application.
- Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system in a developer role.
- Design, develop, deploy, and support constantly evolving IVR based on business requirements.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, and Azure.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
