Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of test engine and transmission for the NVH evaluation on the test bed.
- Instrumentation of engine/transmission with various sensors.
- Operation of engine test bed and support in data acquisition during NVH test.
- Support in the data analysis, problem-solving, and identification of countermeasures.
- Preventive maintenance of test facility, calibration, and upkeep of sensors and consumables.

Q: What experience is needed?
A: At least 4 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry in the engine/transmission testing domain is required. Additionally, hands–on experience in the assembly & disassembly of engines & transmissions, engine set–up on test bench and instrumentation of NVH sensors, and knowledge of Testbed control software i.e. AVL Puma are necessary.
