Q: What are the responsibilities of this job?
A: Responsibilities include documentation related to the QA department, verification of the quality status of incoming materials, conducting layout inspections, handling customer complaints, providing training to associates, analyzing rejections, conducting inspections using various measuring instruments, updating QMS documentation, monitoring supplier non-conformity and corrective action status, implementing 5S and Kaizen on the shop floor.
Q: What skills or knowledge is required for this job?
A: Candidates should have basic knowledge of customer complaints analysis, knowledge of ISO standards, and experience with using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, pin gauges, and dial indicators.
