Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Engineer/Assistant Manager
- Handling mass production quality issues (CAPA, 8D , 5-Why analysis)
- Implement Quality improvement activities at vendors
- Vendor process change evaluation and approval
Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position
- Knowledge of Performance/ Critical to Quality parameters of Elec/ Electronic parts
- In depth knowledge of layouting, routing, manufacturing, and best practices in Wiring harnesses.
- Good understanding of SMT Process and Electronics circuits & drawings.
- Knowledge of Electronics parts testing & applicable standards.
- In-depth analytical skills for root cause identification of Quality issues in Auto Electrical & Electronics parts.
- Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including knowledge of SPC, Analytical Tools, 5 Why, 8D, FTA, FMEA etc…
- Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids.
