Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a redundant network operations environment, including substantial software and hardware fail-over; monitoring and testing the configuration performance
- Basic troubleshooting of Computers / Printer and other common peripheral devices
- Good Understanding of Basic Routing and switching concepts.
- Must have expertise in Remote Infrastructure management for networks.
- Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of firewall (Fortigate Mandatory), IDS/IPS, VPN, Zabbix, or another monitoring tool
- Perform day-to-day firewall activities like Administration, Management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
