Are you a skilled Quality Engineer looking for a new opportunity in Gurgaon, India? Look no further! We are seeking a D&T Lead Quality Engineer to join our team and manage automation efforts across multiple projects. As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure that Agile CoE/DevOps processes are being followed and implemented while creating, executing, and maintaining automated tests in line with the functional test requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the automation efforts across multiple projects
  • Create, execute and maintain automated tests in line with the functional test requirements
  • Ensure that Agile CoE/DevOps processes are being followed and implemented
  • Implement predefined Automation and DevOps standards for products within scope
  • Collaborate with users, developers, scrum masters, product owners and other constituents involved in development, testing and release of software products
  • Monitor the progress of the QA activities and intervene when necessary with corrective action to achieve product goals
  • Manage automation test reporting ensuring data from automation is accurately recorded and reported
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the QA Engineers in relation to best practice, QA process and general work activities
  • Escalate any issues within Automation to the QA manager with proposed solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
  • Experience with Agile CoE/DevOps processes
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as TFS, GitHub etc.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
