UltraTech Cement Limited is seeking an experienced DH Human Resources for Jafrabad Cement Works. This Assistant General Manager position will be responsible for planning and ensuring effective implementation of HR vision, policies, and practices to achieve business goals and optimize employee productivity. Responsibilities:

  • Manpower planning, budgeting, periodical reviews, cost optimization, and quality of hire
  • Ensure effective deployment of the learning calendar and other developmental initiatives as per GHR, BHR, and unit management guidelines
  • Plan, organize, and ensure implementation of PMS for O&S to enhance productivity
  • Ensure effective implementation of Talent management system (potential assessment, talent segmentation, talent validation, talent review)
  • Implement OE & OD interventions
  • Plan, organize, and effectively implement HR policies and programs to enhance company HR performance and optimize employee productivity at the unit and associated GU.
  • Ensure all Safety, Health, and Environment guidelines are implemented in the HR department
  • Ensure GHR, BHR, and other best HR Practices are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: MBA in HR or MSW in HR
  • 15-20 years of experience in HR
  • Strong skills in talent acquisition/recruitment, talent management, team building, learning & development, human resource management, and performance appraisal.
  • Ability to plan and ensure effective implementation of HR vision, policies, and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
