Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing engine models for AVL EHD simulations – Engine, Auxiliaries.
- Performing EHD simulations using AVL EXCITE PU for crankshaft EHD, Conrod EHD, Main Bearing Simulations, AVL Timing drive simulations and load extraction, and Piston 3D EHD simulation.
- Reading engine and subsystem drawings and extracting inputs required for AVL simulations, interacting with design and testing teams for inputs and test correlations, report preparations, discussions with design, and explanations to management.
