As a Deputy Manager- Charger Hardware Design, you will be responsible for developing the design and analysis of components for existing/new products of Royal Enfield.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Development of EV Charger and charging system with both hardware and software along with CAN, PLC communication, and control.
- Development of Charger control strategy, software development as per V cycle / AGILE Methodology using Matlab-Simulink, Embedded C, Stack development, Android programming, App.
- Development, meeting HARA and Functional Safety as per ISO26262.
- Development of Charger Diagnostics control strategy and implementation on chosen hardware meeting AC001 and DC001 requirements.
- Vehicle Charger Stack Software testing and validation using SIL, MIL, and HIL systems used by TVSM.
- Development of Charging system algorithms, software, hardware and infrastructure-related components.
- Development of network encrypted protocol for Charger communication.
- Development of IoT, OTA for 2W EV.
- Development of Cybersecurity algorithms, Software for Charging systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Expertise in Matlab-Simulink, C++ programming, Amesim, LTSPICE/OrCAD, and more.
- Knowledge of charger system design and testing, embedded security protocols, automotive embedded system design and testing, and more.
