This role is responsible for driving IoT sales in the Northern region of India. He / She will be directly responsible to prospect and converting leads as well as farm opportunities for existing customers. He/ She is responsible for the day-to-day and long-term relationship with the customer and the strategy of the account.

He/she develops a pipeline of sustainable qualified opportunities and develops the right strategy to win, based on Unique Selling Points of internal and external parties that he/she leverages. The role demands the candidate to be an evangelist and have an entrepreneurial mindset to drive Sales and BD in the southern region for IoT Solutions. The candidate should have connections with top enterprises in the region, a proven track record of delivering business results, and engagement with CXO. Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Deputy General Manager – Sales

  • Make Cold Calls, Fix Appointments at CXO levels, and be a Hard Core Foot on the Street
  • Build strong relationships with clients at the CXO levels
  • Account Management and persona mapping of clients
  • Focus on the Enterprise segment as well as opportunities in Smart Cities / Municipalities
  • We will have to manage the Customer’s Expectations
  • She/he develops a pipeline of sustainable qualified opportunities.
  • She/he develops the right strategy to win the bids, based on Unique Selling Points of internal and external parties that he/she leverages.

Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position

  • M2M or IOT Sales & Industry experience will be an added Advantage
  • Should have the basic business acumen of Solution and Value selling; domain experience of Manufacturing, Smart cities will be an added advantage
  • Should have good contacts in the Verticals industry (Enterprise Segment) at the CXO Levels in the relevant cities (NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore) / regions.
  • Good experience in engaging, and driving CXO-level discussions
  • Should have sold Solutions to the CXO levels
  • Prior Sales experience in working on strict deadlines and meeting Targets is a must.
  • Should have Very Good communication (both written & verbal)
  • Should have experience in Negotiating Large Value business deals. Should be Fluent in Spoken and Written English
