- What is the job responsible for?
- The job is responsible for general ledger accounting and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAPs, maintaining statutory accounting records, assessing weekly fund collections, aging analysis, credit management, preparing monthly cash flow statements, finalizing accounts, and getting them audited within the specified time frame, ensuring compliance with taxation-related regulatory requirements, preparing tax plans and responsible for payment of various statutory dues, and ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
- What specific tasks will the job require?
- The job will require maintaining journals, ledgers, and cash books, input sharing for invoice generation as per services rendered against the contract, preparing schedules and tax computation for auditing, filing tax statements and reports, computing and remitting taxes, e-filing of income tax returns for companies, issuing Form-16 and 16A, and monitoring changes in tax regulations and updating the accounting and tax policies for the company.
