Are you a skilled and experienced Program Manager in rewards management? ABG42690 CementIndia is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Program Manager – Rewards at its corporate office in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of all aspects of any new programs or systems being launched/ongoing programs, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compensation policies are followed in letter and spirit across all zones.
- Educate and monitor that new hires are well within the company norms established for the band and exceptions are duly approved.
- Revisit policies at regular intervals to keep them in check with changing competition scenario and to make them employee-friendly to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure job evaluation process is carried out in all verticals in a consistent and uniform fashion, with clear accountabilities documented for each job.
- Ensure that each job has a well-documented and clear job description for each employee.
- To update job descriptions, JE database for employees.
- Track and maintain the list of jobs and their evaluated Job band for all units.
- To provide necessary support and ensure effective implementation of the job analysis and evaluation process.
- Closely work with BCOE and Zonal HR in timely submission of all relevant information for carrying out job evaluation.
- Work towards defining the purpose of roles, establishing the duties that should be included in the role, determining the associated authorities, accountabilities and relationships, and defining these so that employees have a comprehensive understanding of how their role fits into the organization.
- Ensure that the performance appraisal process is rolled out such that each employee has well-defined goals and there are no overlaps.
- Help create a template for the role, review the quality of goal measures, review productivity, and publish productivity reports on a monthly basis.
- Ensure training/education on performance appraisal to all, communicate and educate employees on performance management guidelines, and monitor annual process.
- Plan and ensure individual goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance reviews for employees.
- Implement and monitor Performance Improvement Plans.
- Coordinate for normalization of ratings along with ZHR.
- Coordinate with other COEs including Talent Management, Talent acquisition, etc., to support them on the rewards front to bring in schemes, policies, and changes.
- Oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of any new programs or systems being launched/ongoing programs, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.
- Partner/collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity to provide consistent support across all the required dimensions.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: MBA
- 10-15 years of experience in rewards management or related field.
- Strong skills in rewards, compensation & benefits, job evaluation, performance appraisal management, and program management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
