Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Delivery Manager

Strong experience in IT project management using various development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile & RAD.
Managing projects using Microsoft Technologies and Open-source technologies will be added advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful delivery
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with all stakeholders
Proactive management, Identifying & Reporting Risks and challenges
Ability to guide the team to build a knowledge repository
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
Experience in effective project plans for multiple projects by defining scope, guiding teams in arriving at the estimate, and publishing status reports daily
Good experience in coaching and mentoring teams during the project phase, training & guiding team members, and building health care domain experts in the organization
Good to have a Banking domain experience
