Responsibilities:

Partner with Business & Finance head and create monthly & annual operating plans
Own and deliver in-depth analysis of the overall financial and operational performance of the business
Ensure analysis findings are actioned upon and continuous feedback is collected and utilized to fine-tune the approach
Solve business problems and aid the decision-making process by using predictive modelling on internal and external data
Track performance against plan, provide performance insights with detailed recovery actions for gaps
Build dashboards/coherent scorecards to drive strategic thinking in the category
Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive business and improve processes

Requirements:

Must have 1-7 years of demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high quality work environments, preferably in a high-growth start-up or e-commerce company.
Qualification: CA/CWA/MBA Finance
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Excellent Excel and SQL knowledge and, ability to navigate large volumes of data. Knowledge of R/Python will be an added advantage.
Strong Financial modelling and Data Visualization skills
Strong communication, analytical and inter-personal skills.
