As a Resource – Business Analyst – Reporting & Consolidation (FP&A) at Royal Enfield, you will be responsible for BI/MIS/Analytics and preparation and analyzing of leadership reporting for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Perform first base analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Generate and submit MIS reports in a timely manner.
• Perform MIS and variance analysis for the business.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team with periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Provide support and assistance in resolving queries regarding MIS.
• Data compiling for Royal Enfield Leadership Team, Dashboard Reporting and working with IT BI team for the automation.
• Prepare business forecasting/projections with a high level of accuracy using spreadsheets and updating the same based on quarterly rolling forecast based on external factors and sales keys drivers.
• Assist in analyzing business-wise monthly overheads and preparing trend reports highlighting meaningful comparisons with business plans from the previous year.
• Prepare presentations for support in monthly, and quarterly senior leadership meetings.
• Compile and collect databases for creating Industry benchmark analysis as and when required by management.
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with business teams for reporting business KPIs on timely intervals.
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/MBA Finance from a reputed institute.
