Responsibilities:

Support P&L management for the business unit
Set up financial controls to ensure cost optimization and revenue maximization from efforts pertaining to the design, launch, and day-to-day execution of the category
Manage brand relationships from a finance standpoint
Ensure correct management of P2P (Procure to Pay) metrics
Track performance against plan, and provide performance insights with detailed recovery actions for gaps
Publish weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS to business teams
Drive process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Must have 0-2 years of experience in Business Finance
Qualification: CA Inter, CMA, MBA, Graduate with relevant experience
Experience in start-up/ E-Commerce preferred
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent Excel and SQL knowledge and, ability to navigate large volumes of data
Knowledge of financial statements will be an added advantage.
