Responsibilities:
- Administration of network user accounts and mailboxes
- Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of data center environment – i.e. cabling, labeling, standards
- Desktop support and maintenance
- Troubleshooting skills – OS, Outlook, Server, Desktop related issues, FTP, DNS, Active Directory, File Servers, File/Folder Permissions
- Various Application Support
- Preventive Maintenance of Servers
- System Administrators – Level 2 Support
- Patch Management & Monitoring
- Antivirus Management
- Laptop Maintenance & Support
- Network Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Switches, Connectivity
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows systems and network security concepts
- Knowledge of SharePoint [MOSS] & Microsoft Exchange
- Basic VMware troubleshooting skills
- Good customer interaction and result oriented
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in technical support with knowledge of Desktop Admin and Mobile assets admin.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows systems and network security concepts.
- Good customer interaction and result-oriented.
- Professional discipline, teamwork, and healthy competition.
