Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for customer engagement and driving success? LTIMindtree is seeking an Associate Director to manage large application maintenance and support engagements in the Insurance domain. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end customer engagement including budget management, team success, reporting, and account growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage engagement/project risks and ensure proactive identification of mitigation plans
• Liaise with the team to ensure all delivery goals are met and issues are resolved timely
• Guide the team to define and implement processes to continuously improve productivity, incident reduction/elimination, SLA adherence, and cost reduction
• Enable and guide the team to transform the customer application portfolio
• Act as the point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the team/practice units.

Requirements:

• 12-14 years of experience in managing large application maintenance and support engagements in the Insurance domain
• Good communication skills and ability to connect with customer stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate under pressure
• Ability to have a flexible schedule based on business needs
