Your Duties And Responsibilities as an Advisor Outbound Sales

  • Migration of free trial customers to paid customers through outbound
    calls
  • Liaison with customers for upselling and cross-selling
  • Handle inbound customer queries and explain the product and
    offer information
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Enter new customer information into the system and update existing
    customer information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow communication procedures, and guidelines and document all calls
    information according to standard operating procedures

Requirements / Who Can Apply For This Position

  • 10+2/Non technical Graduate
  • 6 – 12 Months of Experience
