We are currently seeking an Academic Specialist with a passion for teaching Maths/Science to students in grades 4 to 10. This remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide error-free solutions to student questions while creating a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Help students strengthen their understanding of Maths/Science subjects
- Conduct online classes and clarify doubts
- Provide step-by-step solutions to student questions
- Assess student performance and provide feedback on areas that require improvement
- Meet minimum requirements of 12 sessions per week
- Engage in non-session activities such as parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training, monthly tests, and any additional workload toward enhancing student performance
- Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
- have a strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10
- impeccable communication skills (English) – verbal and written camera-facing skills
- ability to teach in English & Hindi
- freshers as well as candidates with previous teaching experience
- ability to multi-task and think creatively
- ability to deliver lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- UG completed in science/maths field
Benefits:
- Compensation of 14K/month with at least 20 hours per week.
- Availability only between 3 pm to 9 pm needed
